Substantial commercial unit sells for €1.685 million

A SUBSTANTIAL commercial unit in Tralee sold at the recent BidX1 auction.

The outlet known as ‘ Tralee Food Court’ at Mile Height had a guide price of €1,425,000 but after a series of bids between two anonymous bidders that lasted over 10 minutes, it was eventually sold for €1.685 million.

Tralee Food Court consists of three franchise outlets, while currently the premises is leased to Petrogas Global. Tralee Solicitors Cadogan O’Regan handled the sale on behalf of the vendor.

The premises initially opened in 2013 as ‘Rocky Mountain’ restaurant before opening as Tralee Food Court in 2015.
