Sheena Sexton Boot Camp takes place on Monday and Wednesday nights from 7:15pm to 8:15pm. All fitness levels are welcome.

Ladybirds are resuming on Thursday 5th October between 6pm and 7pm and every Thursday thereafter excluding school holidays.

Tae-Kwon-do classes with Instructor Mike Murphy takes place every Saturday from 4pm. Dancing on Monday nights at 9.00p.m andPilates with Kate on Tuesday night at 7.30p.m
