Kerry Coaching & Games Developmen­t will be running an Athletic Developmen­t coaching workshop for U-14 & U-16 coaches in the Green CBS hall on Monday 20th November from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. The session is aimed at helping club’s and their coaches in developing a winter training program for their players similar to that of all of our County Developmen­t Squads.The session will be facilitate­d on the night by Giles O’Grady (GDA for hurling in North Kerry) and David O’Dea (GDA for hurling in South Kerry). CAUSEWAY CAMOGIE NEWS: We will be holding our AGM on Tuesday the 21st of November @ 8.30pm in the club room Causeway. We are a growing club with a large number of young players and it would be great if some of the parents of these children would get involved in the running of the club. These girls are the future of the club and they need their parents to step up and get involved to ensure the continued success of the club. HURLING: The North Kerry senior B league final between Kilmoyley and Causeway due to be played last Sunday was postponed. FOOTBALL: Well done to Jordan Brick who was awarded the Man of the Match in the St. Brendans board championsh­ip final on Sunday playing with Ardfert who defeated Churchill 3-12 to 3-7. Our latest Kerry Minor star Eddie Brown will visit the clubhouse at 8pm this Thursday night, November 16th with the Tommy Markham cup if anyone would like to have their picture taken. We’re looking forward to a nice turn out on the night following Kerry’s historic achievemen­t of four in a row this year.

CLUB DRAW We have recently launched our annual Club Draw worth €10,000 and tickets are now on sale from club officers. We will hold our first four draws in the clubhouse on Wednesday December 6th with €850 worth of prizes up for grabs each month. Proceeds from the draw go towards the running costs and future developmen­t of the club so your support is greatly appreciate­d.
