Kerry Coaching & Games Development will be running an Athletic Development coaching workshop for U-14 & U-16 coaches in the Green CBS hall on Monday 20th November from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. The session is aimed at helping club’s and their coaches in developing a winter training program for their players similar to that of all of our County Development Squads.The session will be facilitated on the night by Giles O’Grady (GDA for hurling in North Kerry) and David O’Dea (GDA for hurling in South Kerry). CAUSEWAY CAMOGIE NEWS: We will be holding our AGM on Tuesday the 21st of November @ 8.30pm in the club room Causeway. We are a growing club with a large number of young players and it would be great if some of the parents of these children would get involved in the running of the club. These girls are the future of the club and they need their parents to step up and get involved to ensure the continued success of the club. Our latest Kerry Minor star Eddie Brown will visit the clubhouse at 8pm this Thursday night, November 16th with the Tommy Markham cup if anyone would like to have their picture taken. We’re looking forward to a nice turn out on the night following Kerry’s historic achievement of four in a row this year.
CLUB DRAW We have recently launched our annual Club Draw worth €10,000 and tickets are now on sale from club officers. We will hold our first four draws in the clubhouse on Wednesday December 6th with €850 worth of prizes up for grabs each month.
