COMHALTAS
The session of song, story and verse held at Halla Inse Bán on Wednesday night last was a most enjoyable occasion. The night’s programme began with a beautiful variety of traditional songs from the young people of the weekly singing class and their tutor Catherine. Afterward it was over to the adults who had come from various locations and they enthralled the attendance with a most entertaining mixture of lively and slow songs, humorous s as well as nostalgic verse and unforgettable stories. Bhain gach gach éinne taitneamh as an oíche agus tá sé beartaithe ceann eile a bheith ann I mí na Márt.
