G.A.A. ACTION
The Brendan Boyle Memorial Junior Championship Cup Semi Final replay in which our Juniors drew with Duagh in a most exciting encounter at Coolard on Saturday week last, the replay has been refixed for the same venue on this coming Saturday December 16th at 2pm extra time if required with the winners playing either Beale or Ballyduff in the final.
CONGRATULATIONS:
Heartiest Congratulations is extended to our neighbours Ballydonoghue on retaining their Bernard O’Callaghan Memorial Senior Football Championship title on Sunday last when they proved to be too strong for their neighbours Ballyduff. A large number of the victorious panel would have strong Ballylongford connections which made the whole affair more interesting and indeed there are quiet a number of Ballyduff connections also within the locality. Congratulations again to Ballydonoghue and commiserations to Ballyduff.
