Country’ where tickets are sold at 10 euro each and the IRFU put up incredible prizes. Unfortunately there were no winners from our club. The full list of winners can be found here: http://www. irishrugby.ie.

I would like to thank Dave Fitzgibbon and Barry O’Mahony for organising the selling of the tickets and also to everyone that supported the raffle. This is our main fundraiser for the season and we were able to make 4810 euro for our club. Also a special mention should go to the local businesses in the Town that all supported us in the buying and selling of tickets.

YOUTHS

The second phase of all competitions have just begun with the u14, u16 and u18 teams all playing in the Bowl sections. The u14’s had their game postponed as Corca Dhuibhne were missing players while the u18’s lost out to Thomond RFC by 15-5 in Listowel last weekend. However our u16’s have gotten off to a perfect start by beating Kilrush 19-14 in their opening game at the weekend in Listowel.

MINIS

Our minis have been putting in the effort at training each week to prepare for upcoming blitzes. They are away in Tralee on January 20th and the highlight of their season is the Listowel Blitz on Febuary 10th. Exciting times ahead for our young players.

GIRLS

Our club had the pleasure of having our u12 girls take to the pitch at half time during the recent clash between Munster and Connaught. This was a fantastic night for Listowel RFC and we had over 100 club members in the stands supporting the girls.

Our u15 and u18s girls await
