Kerry EXPO 2018
THE Kerry EXPO is upon us again and this year the event is scheduled for Sunday May 13th.
The event is designed to incorporate multiple streams whereby companies of very diverse backgrounds can avail of brand exposure, create employee brand or indeed, sell their products or services.
In addition to all that, industries seeking expansion and growth over the next three years are advised to exhibit at the EXPO and gain access to thousands of candidates all under one roof.
Last year the exhibition saw a footfall of 10,000 visitors and organisers say they are expecting unprecedented figures this year. EXPO allows the candidates a preview of the company culture and develops a pride of workplace before stepping inside the door of their prospective employer.
Kerry has a very diverse community filled with everything from skilled labour to PHD’s, this event brings together both workers and employers across the region. Equally it serves a dual purpose of letting out-of-town employers see how vibrant our business community really is and sets the stage for further influx of firms seeking to open a new office, branch or facility within the region.
EXPO organisers will catalogue the job availability at the EXPO in a recruitment brochure. The booth number and contact details of each employer will be highlighted within the brochure allowing job seekers to meet with company reps on the day.
The event is designed to help job seekers locate good jobs, change careers or explore employment options and in parallel it showcases Kerry as the place to live and work.
Many organisations, institutions, state/semi state bodies have already agreed to exhibit and representatives will be onhand to meet with the general public and answer their queries.
The EXPO will be open to the public from 11am on May 13th and will be free of charge to registered visitors. To register or exhibit go to kerryexpo.ie
