There was no soccer lotto last week as a result for the bad weather. Tickets bought for last weeks draw will go forward to this weeks lotto where the jackpot is €3,500. Tickets are available from local prompters and your support is appreciated.

There was no jackpot winner in last weeks Mountcollins/ Tournafulla GAA lotto where the numbers drawn were 13, 14, 24 and 32. Lucky Dips went toHelen Byrnes, Ardagh, Jeremiah Moroney, Tournafulla, Padraig Collins, Tournafulla and Liam O Connor, Glenquin. The winner of the promoters prize was Mikey Finnegan. This weeks jackpot will be €3,400

RECENT WEDDING:

Congratulations to John Paul O Connell, Lower Road, Mountcollins and Maura O Connor, Brosna who got married in St. Carthage’s Church, Brosna on Friday last. The happy couple were joined by many family and friends after the ceremony where they celebrated until the early hours of the morning at The Ballyseedy Castle Hotel. We wish them a long and happy married life together.

WINNING STREAK:

Congratulations to Noreen Dillane, Secontglas, Mountcollins who appeared on last Saturday nights Winning Streak show. Noreen was joined by many family, neighbours and friends, on her trip to the RTE studios in Dublin and a great night was had by all.

NEW ARRIVAL:

Congratulations to Denis and Michelle Dillane on the birth of their baby girl Anna Mai in Limerick on Thursday last. We wish them all the best in the future.

YEARLY LOTTO TICKETS:

Mountcollins GAA would like to inform yearly lotto ticket holders that their subscription is now up for renewal. The yearly ticket has proven to be a great success and very popular with people at home and abroad with 150 subscribers last year. The yearly ticket is €100 and each shall be entered in to all of the 52 weekly draws throughout the year. Subscribers also recieve club membership for the year and will be joined up to the texting service for information and results.
