SENIORS: Our Seniors will be in action on Sunday, 25th March, 2:30pm, at home to Finuge in Round 2 of the Credit Union Senior County League. The date has been fixed for our first round Junior Premier Group 1 game. Annascaul will play St Senans on Sunday 1 April, 2:3pm at Strand Road. The West Kerry League Semi-final against Dingle, scheduled again Dingle on 18 March was postponed, a new day is yet to be arranged. LOTTO: Our Lotto jackpot has risen again this week and is now €9200. The numbers drawn were 1, 12, 15 and 19. The next draw will be held on 22 March at Patcheens. Congratula­tions to our €40 winners: Mairead Kennedy, West Inch; Emma O’Leary, Ballinclar; Mulligan, C/o O’Dwyers Camp and Mike and Jane Mander Annascaul. GAELTACHT SCHOLARSHI­PS: The West Kerry Board, in collaborat­ion with the Munster Council and Colasti Chorca Dhuibhne, will offer part scholarshi­ps for youth members between 12 and 18 years old to attend Irish College in the Dingle Peninsula Gaeltacht during summer 2018. The closing date for applicatio­ns is 28th April 2018. Applicants must be a registered member of their club. Interested applicants should contact our club secretary Mairead Clifford via email at secretary.annascaul.kerry@gaa.ie. they will not be allowed to coach any team until they have processed their details. GAA vetting services are available to any person over 16 years of age fulfilling a role of responsibi­lity with children. Consent from a parent / Guardian shall be required for applicants between 16 & 18 years of age. Child Protection Workshop: Many thanks to the twenty coaches/committee members who completed the child protection workshop in the clubhouse on Wednesday night last. Foundation Football Course: There is a Foundation Football course taking place in Fr.Caseys GAA Club Abbeyfeale on Friday evening March 23 from 7pm-10pm and Saturday morning March 24 from 9.30am-1pm. You need to attend both days to complete the course. Membership remains the same price as last year. An ordinary member pays €30 for membership. Bags can be left into the white lorry container near the log cabin at the Football Field. All types of clothes are accepted as=A0well as shoes,handbags, curtains & towels.=A0
