NO POSTERS PLEASE

Ballylongford Tidy Towns is now joining the growing number of Tidy Towns organisations throughout the country requesting that no referendum/election posters be erected within the 50km specified zone on any approach road to and within the village. Posters are a blight on the countryside and streetscape, often a number of them competing for space on the same pole. These posters are also viewed negatively by Tidy Towns Judges. There are more effective methods of communication in 2018.
