O’Rahillys and Feale Rangers get County MFC underway
THIRTEEN teams shall participate in the County Minor Football Championship starting with the meeting of Kerins O’Rahillys and Feale Rangers in a Preliminary Round on Friday, June 22.
Groups have three teams in each group, each team will play in a round robin series with the top two in each group progressing to the quarter-finals. Each team in the Group will play one ‘home’ game, one ‘away’ game. Extra-time will be played in the event of a draw in the quarter-finals and semi-finals. First drawn have home venue in quarter-finals. Semi-finals and final will be played at neutral venues. The draw for the quarter-finals will be an ‘open draw’. Exception – teams who played in same group to be kept apart.
Round 1 of the Group stages will be played on Tuesday, June 26
Round 2 of the Group stages will be played on Tuesday, July 3
