A small bit of history made by Maud Eadie

A LITTLE bit of history was made this month as Maud Eadie returned to her school to teach in the senior room at Kiltallagh National School. Maud has completed a BE at Mary Immaculate College in Limerick and taught throughout last month in a substitute capacity, covering for Principal Paula Ní Bhriain’s administration days.

“To my knowledge, it’s the first time a former pupil returned to the school in a teaching capacity,” Ms Ní Bhriain said.
