EARLY goals from James Darmody and Cathal Ryan sent Eoghan Ruadh on their way in an absorbing encounter, with Damien Doherty notching 0-6 for St Brendans in the first half.
Ryan and Doherty exchanged goals to leave east Kerry leading by 3-8 to 1-8 at the break. Eoghan Ruadh pulled away in the second half, Ryan finishing with 2-6 and Aaron Cronin sealing it with a late goal.
Best for Eoghan Ruadh were Paudie Murphy, Alan Dineen, Ronan Collins, Cathal Ryan, and James Darmody, while Tomás Ó hÁinifein, Joe Lenihan, Jack Sheehan, and Damien Doherty starred for St Brendans.
