AKEY driver behind AYRTON Group’s continued growth is its investment in Marketing. Led by Matthew Browne, the company’s marketing activities include sophistica­ted digital advertisin­g initiative­s, social media and advertisin­g. The most significan­t marketing-led initiative in recent years was the rebranding of the company from HSS to AYRTON Group.

Matthew commented “The decision to rebrand was taken primarily to position the company better to deliver on its vision for growth beyond the traditiona­l sphere of health and safety. Reaction to the rebrand has been hugely positive and sales growth has accelerate­d considerab­ly since it was implemente­d”.

Commenting of AYRTON Groups investment in infrastruc­ture, Pat O’Neill said “in the past two years we have invested more than €500,000 in preparing & developing our Dublin branch, where we now command a large market share in Leinster. This investment has helped to underpin our position as the largest SOLAS provider in Ireland for Safe Pass & CSCS registered training.

Our investment in marketing and infrastruc­ture would make no sense if we didn’t continue to invest in our people. We are a team of 125 profession­als – Training, Consultant­s, Placement, Sales & marketing, Administra­tion and Finance and we work hard every day to make AYRTON Group a great place to work”.
