KILMOYLEY
GAA CAMOGIE: Congratulations to the Cillard U12 team who won the U12 shield in the Veronica Stack tournament in Killarney on Saturday. The girls played very well and overcame a tough Cork team. Juvenile Hurling ClubU12s - The U12s had their first win in the County Hurling League Phase 2 Division 1 on Friday evening. They travelled to take on Kenmare/Kilgarvan and while they trailed at half time they did not give up, but came back with heart and determination in the second half to secure the win by 2 goals when the final whistle blew. It has been a great experience for this team to play Division 1 in this phase of the league and they have improved immensely with each match they played. As Friday was their last match of the league, it was a great achievement for them to come away with the win. Well done all involved. Final score Kenmare /Kilgarvan 4-8 Kilmoyley 6-8.
