Kerry properties of interest at the final Munster Property Auction of 2018
THE Munster Property Auction has noted a sharp increase in enquiries from buyers over the past few weeks. Their next public auction will offer properties for sale from across the province in counties Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary and Waterford.
Patrick Convey of The Munster Property Auction noted: “there has been an increase in enquiry levels during the month of October compared to the months of August and September.” he added that in addition to dealing with local buyers, they have seen a large number of buyers from around Ireland, UK and also further afield. Many of these buyers are looking to secure their ideal property before the end of the year.
“After a successful year of auctions to date, the auction group are expecting the vast majority of the properties offered on Thursday, November 29. The high demand we are currently experiencing now is a great time to market properties and we have thousands of registered applicants looking to buy,” he added.
The Company do not charge any upfront costs to enter a property into their auctions and they take on board all marketing and entry fees. The property owner still benefits from the marketing campaign and exposure. There are no costs unless the property successfully sells.
Land at Kilcock Upper in Ballylongford is offered for sale with no reserve. This c. 1.04 acre site is located just 8km from Listowel Town and 4km from the coastal village of Ballylongford. This site is subject to planning permission, however electricity is available for connection on site.

Meanwhile, at Mounthorgan, Rathmore, land offered at bids of €8,500 in partnership with William Hennigan Auctioneer will be on offer. The plot is c. 0.56 acres and is located c. 5km from Rathmore, just off the N72 Killarney Road.
