Businesses in Tralee in power deal
TRALEE Chamber Alliance have signed a deal with a UK utility consultancy, that the local business lobby group says could save members thousands of Euro.
The Chamber Alliance has teamed-up with Utilitywise who will now offer a group scheme rate to chamber members.
Utilitywise is a consultancy that analyse businesses power bills and then identify potential savings and create a specific energy management plan.
“This new group scheme is an exclusive offering to Tralee Chamber Alliance members. It will help them save up to 15 per cent on electricity bills,” said Tralee Chamber Alliance Managing Consultant Ken Tobin.
“Utilitywise aims to improve efficiency by firstly conducting a free utility bill analysis. This will help our members to determine if they have overpaid. If any discrepancies are identified, Utilitywise will take the necessary steps to secure a refund on their behalf,” Mr Tobin said.
“Utilitywise will also speak to their trusted suppliers on behalf of our members to help them find the most suitable electricity contracts going forward,” said Mr Tobin.
The Alliance said that Utilitywise have already analysed a number of its members’ bills and in one case, potential cost reductions of up to €4,000 were identified.
Chamber Alliance members can avail of a free bill check which can be obtained by sending a photo of their electricity bill to ireland@utilitywise.com or by logging on to ww.utilitywise.ie/tralee-chamber-alliance.
