Kilmessan once again proved what a formidable outfit they are as they progressed to their second club final at the expense of the Kerry girls at Nenagh on Sunday. Try as they might, Clanmaurice could not get the upper hand and a 16th minute green flag was a major setback with scores difficult to come by. Yet, they still only trailed by two points at the interval, 0-7 to 1-6.
