SPOOKY ANNASCAUL
What a wonderful weekend Halloween has proved to be in Annascaul. Callers galore calling to the doors for trick or treating. From Darth vader to Crayolla, Spiderman, Clowns, fairies, ghosts and even Harry Potter made an appearance. Great to see tradition kept alive with much effort from the children and parents.
CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations to Micháel Fitzgerald, Ballintarmin & Noel Spillane, Annascaul who took part in a hotly fought contest of a very competitive growing your own pumpkin competition organised by Hanafin’s bar, Annascaul. After a long deliberation and careful consideration between the judges the only fair conclusion they could draw was to award joint first place to both contestants. Well done.
