Launched in time for Christmas 2018 by Tralee Chamber Alliance, the Tralee Shopping Vouchers are a helpful friend in the run up to Christmas in the gift giving department. The vouchers are currently available from participating outlets in €10, €20 and €50 denominations with no expiry date.
The vouchers can be redeemed exclusively in many shops, hair and beauty salons, restaurants, cafés and hotels in Tralee.
The vouchers also provide a boost to the local economy as they add more flexibility and better scope to gift giving at Christmas. They encourage consumers, from home and abroad, to purchase and redeem the vouchers in the town and in doing so, support local businesses.
It’s estimated the vouchers can yield in the region of €300,000 worth of revenue to the various participating sectors, while they are also an option for employers to consider using as a tax efficient gift to employees.
