Kerry College has four campuses: Monavalley, Clash Road and Denny Street in Tralee, and a campus in Listowel. Each campus has a long and storied history in educating, training and developing students and apprentices. This makes Kerry College an ideal option for school leavers and mature students who may wish to remain at home while pursuing study and training. Over 3,000 students and apprentices study with Kerry College every year.

With CAO deadlines looming at this time of year, it can be a pressurised time for parents and pupils as they try to strike a balance between study goals, financial costs and quality of life. Past students of Kerry College discovered that there are many excellent paths to further study in IOTs and universities that don’t involve applying through the CAO.

Moreover, Kerry College can provide school leavers with a valuable opportunity to explore a career area or sector before they enrol on a three or four year full-time university programme. This also creates time for students to consider their career, re-focus on a new area, save money, prepare for moving away from home, or transition to a more independent way of living.

Lastly, with over 180 full-time and part-time courses on offer in three distinct categories: employment, courses for further study/university progression and apprenticeship programmes, Kerry College is a choice worth considering.
