WORLD OF TILES UNDER 13 Premier

LEADERS Killarney Athletic took on their neighbours Celtic in the World of Tiles Under 13 Premier.

And it was the Woodlawn side that were 3-0 up at the break and won 7-0 in the end. Luke Doolin (2), James Dempsey, Brian O’Shea, Fionn Daly, Simon Jazinski and Liam Hennigan got the Athletic goals.

In mid-week Tralee Dynamos moved up to joint second following a 5-2 win over Fenit. The Dynamos goals came from Alex Hoare, Darragh Cummane, Dylan Buckley and Evan Quilligan.

Fenit got back to winning way when they defeated Killorglin 2-0 in their second game of the week. Michael O’Sullivan got both Fenit goals in a seven minute spell to wrap up the three points.

Division 1

BOTH home teams recorded wins in the Under 13 Division 1. Inter Kenmare had wins from Ethan O’Sullivan who hit a hat-trick with Caoileann Desmond getting the fourth.

James O’Neill and Ryan Brady got both goals for Killarney Athletic.

Mastergeeh­a were 6-2 winners at home to Killarney Celtic B whose goals came for James Coffey and Pa O’Brien. Seán McAuliffe (3), Ronan McCarthy, Tadgh Herlihy, Evan O’Sullivan and David Darmody all hit the net and it was the Kilbrean side that took the three points.

Division 2

MEK Galaxy put in a very strong all performanc­e to take the win at home to Ballyhar Dynamos. The MEK Galaxy goals came from Éanna Murphy, Neal O’Shea, Jamie Vousden, David Butler and James Daly.

Also adding to their win percentage were Killorglin B who won away at Mastergeeh­a. Dylan Counihan and Dylan Flynn got the Killorglin goals with Farak Miah replying for the home side.
