COMMUNITY GAMES

Many thanks to all who contributed to our recent church gate collection. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Music; Gold was the colour for our u12 musicians in the recent County finals. Despite missing Katie, who was recovering from an operation, they played exceptionally well, earning their first place with a confident performance. They will now represent club and county in the National Finals in May. Congratulations to Odhran & Layla Kate Buckley, Finán Fogarty, Katie Joyce, Jack O’Connor, & Gracie O’Sullivan. Our u16 group also took to the stage with an enchanting mix of jigs & reels but were unfortunate not to medal. Well done to Aoibheann Buckley, Aisling Cooke, Síne Fogarty, Aisling Hennessy, Ella Pickett, & Samantha O’Sullivan. Síne also competed in the u16 Solo and despite being one of the youngest participants in that competition preformed brilliantly. Thanks to all of our young musicians, their mentors, and parents for all their hard work and dedication.
