EVENTS

As if the current new way of life a lot of the events that are held annually for the Foundation cannot go ahead for the time being.

One event which is currently raising huge funds is being done on line and organised by Denis Kennelly and his group on behalf of John McGrath.

John has been in to the Unit and he can not praise the staff highly enough for the work they did managing his pain. To date they have raised over €32,000 and hope to hold an event in June.

If you would like to support please click in to their fundraising page on go fund me.

A huge thank you to have supported so far.

TRALEE POTTERY

all who

Amy in Tralee Pottery is still making her wonderful brooches and she is going to donate funds to the Foundation after. We thank you Amy for your kindness and the brooches are amazing. Please go on her Facebook page of you would like to support her.

BAKE FOR KERRY HOSPICE FOUNDATION

As we are now on lockdown and social distancing our Sunflower Day is likley to be postponed and our Good Friday walks were cancelled too. We hope to have a virtual event in June so stay tunned.

This week I set up an online page Bake for Kerry Hospice on Facebook. The idea is bake a cake, post a picture, donate if possible and nominate a few friends to do the same. Its a great way to pass the days and fun for all the family. If you can support click on to the Kerry Hospice Foundation page and the link is there.

I thank all of you who have taken part already and donated, we are hugely grateful to you all.

We hope you are all keeping well at this time and hope we can get back to holding and enjoying events again soon.

For now we thank you for the continued support and hope you all stay safe.
