CEMETERY MASS

Fr. Sean Hannafin celebrated Mass on Friday last, June 5th for all those interred in St. John’s cemetery. The committee remind you to tidy up family plots if necessary and also not to bring dogs into the cemetery. Cahill’s Supervalu

Parish Envelopes Envelopes can be dropped in the letterbox at the Presbytery Office on Church Road or alternativ­ely they can be given at the next mass when the church reopens. WATER SAFETY WEEK

Due to the current situation of the Corona Virus the water safety weeks have been cancelled. But in the mean time take a look on www.teachpaws.ie where there is free informatio­n about safety about water and farms.

MEALS ON WHEELS

The Ballybunio­n meals on wheels service will now be delivered 3 days a week. Tuesday’s, Wednesdays and Fridays. Anyone wishing to avail of the Friday delivery please contact Eileen Fogarty on 086 2234 965 or Con McCarthy on 087 418 4241. The areas covered are Ballybunio­n, Lisselton, Asdee and Ballylongf­ord. The dinner will be delivered to your door by one of the men at the cost of €6 per meal East 73rd East 73rd is back opened Monday to Saturday 11 to 5.30 and Sundays 12.30 to 5.30 and is also trading online via their website www.east73rd.ie or phone 068-25712.

RUN BALLYBUNIO­N

Due to the ongoing Corona virus we have decided to reschedule the Run Ballybunio­n to its regular Easter Saturday slot in 2021. In its place this year, we are introducin­g a virtual 10km on Saturday 27th June 2020 to register go to https://eventmaste­r.ie/ event/nwpuplH0v We are determined to support the fantastic work of Ballybunio­n sea & Cliff Rescue, aswell as raise much needed funds to support the frontline medical staff.
