FUNDRAISING GOLF CLASSIC

Our annual Golf Classic Fundraiser takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend, Saturday August 1st and Monday August 3rd, at Ballyheigue Golf course more details to follow next week.

COVID-19

As we begin to return to our playing fields this week there are a few house keeping rules that need fulfilling. An eLearning module has been prepared for Covid Supervisors/Club Officers, Players/Team Personnel, and the Parents/Guardians of underage players. Anyone attending training sessions or games in Club facilities must also take the module to gain an understanding of the Safe Return Guidelines. The module takes approximately 20 mins to complete and can be accessed anytime on your PC or mobile device.

When you pass the simple quiz you will then receive a Cert which you can print or screenshot to show to the Covid Supervisor for your team before your initial return to Club activities. Our juvenile secretary Caroline will have all the details for underage.

PITCH RE-OPENS

It was great to see the Sportsfield open again this week. Training will resume for all teams over the coming weeks. Coaches will send texts with details. Provisional training times are outlined below. These are subject to change so please keep an eye on Facebook and texts from coaches.

Games for U12 - U16 are due to commence in mid July.

U6, U8 Friday 5:30-6:30pm U10 Saturday 5:30-6:30pm U12 Thursday & Sunday 6-7pm

U14 Saturday 4-5pm

U16 Sunday 11-12 & Wednesday 7-8pm.

It is mandatory that parents/ guardians complete the online health questionnaire in respect of each child prior to that child returning to training. This information must be confirmed prior to every training session. It only takes a few minutes to complete and the link can be found on our Facebook page. Each child must bring their own water bottles and turn up for training togged out.
