CAUSEWAY CAMOGIE

CAUSEWAY U12 CAMOGIE TRAINING: For all girls born 2008, 2009 and 2010, every Monday and Thursday from 5.45 to 6.45pm in the sportsfiel­d Causeway. We would like to invite girls from all parishes to come along and give it a try. It is a great way to make new friends and have some fun.

CAUSEWAY JUNIOR CAMOGIE TRAINING: Every Monday and Thursday from 7.15-8.15pm. This is open to everyone over 16years. Doesn’t matter if you never played before or gave it up years ago everyone is welcome from all parishes. Contact Tee 086-0611451 or Ann on 0851089726 for more informatio­n.

CHURCH NOTICES

As St Michael the Archangel Church in Ballylongf­ord is open again and can be visited for personal prayer and weekday masses, the preparatio­ns for the return of week-end masses such as Vigil and Sunday morning masses are being finalised and will return shortly as soon as every safety measure is put in place. Hand Sanitizer is provided at the entrance to the Church and people are advised to use same. The lighters for the lighting of candles at the candle-shrines had to be removed as part of the restrictio­ns. People may light the candles themselves if they wish or you can place the candles on the shrine stand and they will be lit for you. The Church will close at 6pm each evening. Weekday Masses for the coming week are as follows: Thursday 9th July Mass in St Marys, Asdee at 10am Friday 10th July Mass in St Michael the Archangel Bally at 10am. Monday July 13th Mass in St Mary’s Tarbert at 10am. Tuesday July 14th Mass in St Michael the Archangel Bally at 7pm Months Mind Mass for Mary B Lynch Old School Road. Parishione­rs are reminded that if they wish they can watch Mass daily on television, it is on the R.T.E. NEWS channel begins at 10.30am each morning. You can also stream Mass live on the internet from the various Churches in the Diocese of Kerry such as Killarney, Tralee, Causeway, Ballyduff, Listowel, Moyvane and Dingle. AGHAVALLIN CEMETERY MASS

The Annual Aghavallin Mass in Rusheen, Ballylongf­ord which was due to take place on Friday evening last July 3rd had to be cancelled due to the weather. The good news is that it is reschedule­d for Friday July 17th at 7pm. Everybody wishing to attend are asked to practice and observe the social distancing guidelines.
