Skellig Rangers 1-8 Ballymacelligot 0-13 On a sunny but windy day in portmagee it was a very end to end first half with hardly any scores being kicked , Ballymac opened the scoring with a point from a free on the 11th minute but Dara o Sullivan scored 2 frees in a row to put skellig Rangers in the lead with 20 minutes gone , ballymac kicked 3 scores from play before half time leaving the score 0-4 to 0-2, In the second half ballymac took advantage of the game kicking 6 points without reply in 8 minutes of the game leaving the score 0-10 to 0-2 with 10 minute gone skellig Rangers registered there first score on the board 11 minutes into the second half with a point from Martin o Sullivan followed straight after with a point from Diarmaid Keating leaving the score 0-10 to 0-4 with 15 minutes gone , Dara o Sullivan added a 45 but Ballymac kicked a point from play at the other end , Dara o Sullivan kicked 2 frees in a row from 35 yards out leaving it 0-11 to 0-7 with 18 minutes gone , ballymac kicked a great point from play in the 20th minute leaving it a 5 point game , on the 22nd minute skellig Rangers were awarded a penalty when Brian o Driscoll was taken down in the square , Martin o Sullivan slotted the penalty home and left the score 1-7 to 0-12 with 5 minutes left , ballymac did not panic and kicked a point from a free making it a 3 point game again , skellig Rangers kicked the last score of the game with a point from Diarmaid Keating from play leaving the full time score 1-8 to 0-13 , a very entertaining game
