Skellig Rangers made it 3 wins in a row on Saturday evening in Portmagee football field ,it was the away side that got off the mark with 2 points from there number 15 and number 12 one from play and the other from a free in the first 5 mins of the game , Skellig Rangers open there scoring with a point from play by Diarmaid Keating and later followed up with a free with 10 mins gone the score was 0-2 to 0-2, Michael O Sullivan put skellig Rangers ahead in the 12th minute with a point from 35 yards out , Scartaglin again levelled straight after with a point from play by there number 8 , on the 14th minute Skellig Rangers Martin O Sullivan banged in a goal when Ciaran Keating kicked a fast ball into Diarmaid who punched it across the square to Martin , Skellig Rangers then kicked 5 unanswered points a free by Diarmaid Keating a free by Daniel o Sullivan 2 points from play by Ciaran and 1 by Michael O Sullivan leaving the score 1-8 to 0-3 with 23 minutes played , just before half time scartaglin­s number 12 kicked a point from play but Daniel o Sullivan pointed a free up the other end leaving the half time score 1-9 to 0-4, Scartaglin kicked 2 frees in a row straight after half time leaving the score 1-9 to 0-6 with 5 minutes played , Skellig Rangers got there first score of the second half in the 7th minute when Ciaran Keating kicked a great score off the out side of the boot , with 10 minutes to go it was 1-12 to 1-7 to Skellig Rangers , Scartaglin made it a 3 point game with 3 minutes left but points by Brendan Murphy and Brendan O Sullivan made it a 5 point game again , S cartaglin were not giving up and score 3 points before the full time whistle leaving the full time score 1-14 to 1-12 .
