NEW BUS SERVICE
Local Link Kerry offers a bus service leaving Waterville at 09.00 (every Friday & Saturday) with a return time from Caherciveen to Waterville at 11.35 (every Friday, Saturday) There is also a 14.00 bus from Waterville to Killorglin stopping in Caherciveen, Glenbeigh and Killorglin (every Friday, Saturday & Sunday). The buses are timed to meet the Bus Eireann Route 279a to and from Killarney. Cost €5, Under 12 is €2.50 and Free Travel Pass is accepted. ANIMATION WORKSHOP
A 3 day course in the Art of Animation at the Halla Pobal (Community Centre) Dungeagan, Baile An Sceilg. Day 1: The History, Principles & Techniques of Animation 10.00-3.00pm. Day 2: Preparing an Animation 10.00- 5.00pm (or thereabouts) Day 3 Making a short film 10.00 till you finish. Adults €40 per day. If you attend all three days the last day costs only €20. Under 18s €20 per day. As above last day €10.

ART EXHIBITION
A Painting exhibition by Gina Keen in aid of the “SAVE THE CASTLE” fund will take place in Tig Rosie, Ballinskelligs, Friday July 22nd at 8.00pm. The exhibition is to be opened by Kate Kennelly, the County Arts officer, Sponsored by Coiste Forbartha na Sceilge.
3 BEACH CHALLENGE
Just to announce that the Ballinskelligs 3 Beach Challenge is taking place on Sunday, 7th of August 2016. Proceeds from the event will again be in aid of the Donal Walsh #LiveLife Foundation and Ballinskelligs Community Care.
