SENIOR FIXTURE Laune Rangers host Listry in Round 10 of the County Senior Football League, with crucial league points up for grabs in the lower end of Division Two. The game takes place on Tuesday, August 16, at 7 p.m. in JP O’Sullivan Park. All support would be most appreciate­d. MINOR Laune Rangers travel to Dingle on Thursday evening next in the Central Region League. Throw in at Páirc an Athasigh is 7 p.m.

UNDER 16: It was a busy week for the under-16 team, as they played the final two rounds of the County League. A storming second half display by Laune Rangers gave the Killorglin side a convincing win over Austin Stacks in the County under-16 League in JP O’Sullivan Park on Monday evening. Final score: Laune Rangers 7-12, Austin Stacks 2-10. Laune Rangers took on Cordal/Scartaglin in the final round of the County under-16 League Division One in JP O’Sullivan Park, Killorglin on Sunday evening. Full Time Score: Laune Rangers 2-13, Cordal/Scartaglin 1-16. The draw left four teams – Laune Rangers, Cordal/Scartaglin, Kilgarven/Tousist, Killarney Legion – tied on five points with space for only three teams in the League semi-finals. UNDER 12: Laune Rangers have four teams in Mid Kerry competitio­n this year. Three teams played this past weekend. In Division one, the Blue team had a bye while the White Team picked up a win against Glenbeigh/Glencar, while in Division two, the Red team defeated Glenbeigh/Glencar, while the Green team overturned a narrow loss last week to defeat Milltown/Castlemain­e. TICKETS Kerry will play Dublin in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championsh­ip semi-final on Sunday, August 28, in Croke Park.
