COUNTY LEAGUE

Scartaglen captured two more valuable county league points when they played Valentia at a wet and windy Pat Casey Park in a back game of the County League on Saturday evening last. Mike Coakley stretched Scarts lead in the second half. This was followed by a good

spell from Valentia who kicked over six unanswered points. With five minutes to go Denis Lenihan put Scart four points up, Valentia however responded again, kicking two late points.
