A Food preparatio­n assistant is required in the Ballinskel­ligs Community Centre, Dungeagan, 19.5 hours per week. Duties to include: helping to prepare and serve meals, clear and clean kitchen and dining room. There will be some secretaria­l work to include, Typing internet access and answering telephone. NEW LOCAL LINK BUS SERVICE

Local Link Kerry offers a bus service leaving Waterville at 09.00 (every Friday and Saturday) with a return time from Cahercivee­n to Waterville at 11.35 (every Friday, Saturday)

There is also a 14.00 bus from Waterville to Killorglin stopping in Cahercivee­n, Glenbeigh and Killorglin (every Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The buses are timed to meet the Bus Eireann Route 279a to and from Killarney.

ANIMATION WORKSHOP WITH RORY FELLOWES

A three-day course in the art of Animation at the Halla Pobal (Community Centre) Dungeagan, Baile An Sceilg. Day 1: The History, Principles and Techniques of Animation 10 p.m. to 3 p.m. Day 2: Preparing an Animation 10 p.m. to 5 p.m. (or thereabout­s) Day three Making a short film 10.00 till you finish.
