Club Championship finals have been fixed
THREE of the four remaining Castleisland Mart Club Finals have been fixed by the CCC. The Intermediate Championship Final between neighbours Kenmare and Templenoe will go ahead on Sunday, October 23 in Fitzgerald Stadium at 3:30 with extra-time applying. The winners of this game will be in Munster Club action the following Sunday away to the Tipperary champions. The curtain-raiser to the Intermediate final is the Keane’s Supervalu Killorglin Minor Championship final between Mid Kerry and East Kerry at 2pm.
The Junior Premier Championship final between Na Gaeil and Glenbeigh-Glencar will be the curtain raiser to the senior county championship final in either Fitzgerald Stadium or Austin Stack Park on Sunday, October 16. The winners of this game are not in Munster club action until November 6 when they will have home venue against the Waterford champions.
The Junior Championship final between Fossa and Beale will be played on Saturday, October 15 at a venue to be decided. On Sunday last Fossa defeated Scartagle by 2-7 to 0-7 in the semi final and the second semi final saw Beale surprise Listry winning by 0-12 to 0-11.
There is one remaining semi-final to be played in the Novice Championship where Ballyduff play Tuosist on Sunday, October 30. The winners play Lispole in the final on Sunday, November 7.
