Country Cross Country Juvenile Even Age, Novice U23 & U18: The first of the cross country competitions was held on Sunday October 2nd in The Demense Killarney, Thee following were in the medals Claragh O’ Connor U10 girls, Oisin O’ Leary U10 boys, Maggie Buckley & Sieve O’ Connor U14 girls,U14 boys Jack O’ Leary, U16 boys Francis Cronin & Eoin Lyne, U18 Anthony Buckley, U18 girls Shona O’ Brien, Novice ladies Mary O’ Shea. All others who competed from the club ran well. Next Sunday we travel to Firies for Juvenile un-even ages , Intermediate & Master Ladies & Men. First race is off at 11am sharp.

Couch To 5K: A new series of couch to 5K series kicks off in Barradubh New Field on Monday October 3rd at 7.30 pm, and each Wednesday & Friday night for the next eight weeks. A great way to meet new friends and keep fit over the winter. €2 per session. Programme suitable for all levels even complete beginers. Everyone welcome.
