Listowel Celtic go joint top of U-13 Premier league

U-13 PREMIER

THINGS are very tight at the top of the U-13 Premier with Listowel Celtic joining Killorglin and The Park on 6 points. Celtic made it two wins from two thanks to 4 goals from Robert Stack, 3 from Kieran O’Carroll and one each from Josh Brosnan and Chris McQuaid.

Liam Reilly and Andy Rogers replied for Dynamos.

U-13 DIVISION 1

IVERAGH United continue to lead the way in the Daly’s Supervalu U-13 Division 1 following a 5-0 win at home to Ballyhar. Breece O’Sullivan scored twice, Sean Kennedy and Ronan Teehan once each with the fifth goal being an own goal to move the South Kerry side onto 10 points.

Killarney Celtic are up to second place on seven points and with a game in hand as they were 4-0 in the battle of the Celtic’s. The Killarney Hoops had goals from Callum O’Donoghue, Senan O’Leary, William Harty and Robert Brooks in their win over Listowel Celtic B.

U-13 DIVISION 2

BALLYHEIGU­E are topping the U-13 Division 1 table after their 8-2 win over Killorglin B. Feilim O’Sullivan had a good day hitting four goals, Dara Kearney got two goals with David O’Sullivan and Muiris Harty netting one each.

Killarney Celtic B dropped their first points in three games as they were held to a 3-3 draw away to Inter Kenmare B. Mike McCarthy, Garry Wynne and Jack Sullivan got the goals for Celtic B with Billy Noonan, Aidan Crowley and Senan Gull netting for Inter.

U-13 DIVISION 3

LB Rovers (Lisselton / Ballybunio­n) will be delighted to get their first points of the season after 2 defeats. Jack Sheehy is the hero for the North Kerry side as he got the only goal in the win.
