St Brendans Park go top of U-15 Premier

U-15 PREMIER

ST Brendan’s Park have moved to top of the Killarney Plaza U-15 Premier thanks to two goals from Sean McGrath and Melvyn Shalemba and one from Nathal Gleeson in a 5-2 win over Day Rovers. Dylan Greaney and Colm O’hEartain scored for the West Kerry team.

U-5 DIVISION 1

CAMP Juniors 4-2 win over Mastergeeh­a saw them move to the top of the 15’s Division 1.Cian O’Grady got with Adam Costello and Maurice O’Connell getting the others to move them onto seven points. Philip O’Leary hit two in the first half for the Kilbrean side to leave the sides level at the break but with Mastergeeh­a having played against a strong wind. However they never got the same intensity going in the second half and Camp juniors were worthy winners getting the only goal of the second half.

The Park B played twice this week scoring seven goals but they also conceded seven! In midweek the Tralee side drew 4-4 with Killorglin. Conor O’Sullivan and TJ McMahon both scored twice. For Killorglin it was Kaiya O’Herlihy and Stephen Loughlin that also scored two each.

On Saturday it was a 3-3 draw with Ballyheigu­e. Liam Tobin, Robert Kerins and Elliot Lynch were the scorers on this occasion for the Park with Conor O’Sullivan 2 and Nathan Guerin replying for Ballyheigu­e.

U-15 DIVISION 2

TABLE toppers Rattoo Rovers were not in action this weekend and St Bernard’s took the full advantage join them at the top of the table. Mathew Burke and Jake Brosnan got two goals for St Bernard’s but goals from Dylan Clifford and Kasper Prusak got Celtic level.

But it was the Saints that took the win through Brosnan’s second of the day, a scorcher from 30 metres. They now join Rattoo Rovers at top of the table.

The Park C had two goals each from Thomas Cronin, Daniel Crowley and Sean Leary in their win over Inter Kenmare to give them their first points of the season.
