COMHALTAS MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the Branch for the coming year is now due. The fee is as follows; €20 Family, €12 1st Adult, €8 2nd Adult, €6 Junior. Membership will be taken up at all classes in the coming week or it can be dropped in to the Rural Dev. Office for the attention of Irene O’Donoghue. Please note that your child must be a member to take part in Comhaltas competitions for the coming year.

CHRISTMAS CRAFT FAIR
The Fair will be held on Saturday 10th December 6.30 8.00pm and Sunday 11th December 9.00 12am. Crafts include Christmas Wreaths, Home baking (Christmas cakes, brown bread, apple tarts, porter cakes, cupcakes), Jam preserves. Crochet hats and Wood craft. A Hamper and spot prizes will be raffled on the day and All Proceeds from the raffle going to Palliative Care - Kerry.

Friday 6th January 2017 is Annual Pink Night fundraiser for Oncology Day Unit of University Hospital Kerry and will be held in Kilcummin Klub. More details later.

Clothing Collection Fundraiser will be held on the 26th/27th of Nov, before and after Masses outside the Recreational Hall. Your support is much appreciated.
MASTERGEEHA FC
U13 NATIONAL CUP: Avenue 2 Mastergeeha 0. Away in Clare the boys exited this year’s national cup despite battling hard. Nil all at half time the home side scored shortly after the break. After this Mastergeeha pushed forward in search of the equaliser but the Clare side scored again late on.
U15 DIV 1: Camp Juniors 4 Mastergeeha 2. The lads came away empty handed from their trip to West Kerry having put in a very good first half performance against the wind. They took the lead on 10mins when Philip O’Leary latched on to a Darren Lehane pass to slot home and although the home side drew level O’Leary scored again this time running on to an Ian O’Connor through ball to beat the keeper. The teams went in level at HT but the lads couldn’t find the winner in the 2nd half although they did create chances. The home team took the lead with 15mins to go and secured the 3 points with the last kick of the game.
U17: Mastergeeha 0 Tralee Dynamos 2. In this game at home on Saturday evening the boys started well creating some good chances with Dylan Murphy, Jamie O’Shea and Paul O’Shea all going close. However against the run of play the visitors scored two goals in quick succession. In the second half Mastergeeha continued to create chances with James Lynch and Jamie O’Shea having good shots saved. All tried their best and could not be faulted for their effort.
SENIORS PREM B: CSKA 1 Mastergeeha 1. In this game Mastergeeha started well and lead 1-0 at the break with Tommy O’Sullivan getting the goal. In the second half the home side equalised with a break out of defence. In the closing stages Mastergeeha pushed forward in search on the winner but were unlucky on a number of occasions.
DIV 1B: Killarney Athletic 6 Mastergeeha 1. In this local derby the Killarney side started the better and lead 3-0 at the break. In the second half the more clinical side scored again. Mastergeeha pulled a goal back when Jason O’Sullivan scored. After this Mastergeeha went close again with James Nagle hitting the cross bar.
MASTERGEEHA FC LOTTO:
There was no winner on Friday 4th November, 2016. Numbers drawn were 3, 6 ,8, 9.
