Kerry properties to feature at final Munster Property Auction of 2016

- STEPHEN FERNANE

THE Munster Property Auction will hold its final public auction of the year on Thursday November 24th at 7pm in The Rochestown Park Hotel, Cork. This auction is a popular shop window in recent years for Kerry properties with sellers enjoying an opportunity to showcase properties to a wider customer base. As well as Kerry, properties from across Clare, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford will also feature.

“There has been and significant increase in enquiry levels over the past few weeks, with many people hoping to finalise a purchase before the Christmas break,” said Patrick Convey of The Munster Property Auction.

The Munster Property Auction have so far held five public auctions this year with an 87 per cent sold rate and they are predicting the final auction of 2016 will reach a similar result.

“Our upcoming auction will give buyers the opportunity to purchase and complete on their property of interest before the end of the year. Our legal team are working with the vendor’s solicitors to have the legal packs prepared for auction, which avoids prolonged waiting periods after the sale is agreed. This gives buyer’s confidence to put forward their offers knowing if they are successful, they can move quickly on the sale. Viewings are still available, so please contact the auction team to arrange at the earliest opportunity,” Mr Convey added.

The auction begins at 7pm with registration starting at 6.30pm. For more info contact 021 234 9696 to arrange for a free property valuation. You can also visit: www.munsterpropertyauction.ie
