NEW YEARS GREETINGS

SOCIAL SERVICES

Cahersiveen Social Services Christmas party will be held in Kerry Coast Inn on January 8th 2017. Mass at 2pm. All welcome.

MENS SHED

Our thanks to all who supported our recent raffle and to the shop owners who facilitated us. First prize of a beautiful garden bench which was made in our workshop at the shed was won by: Olive Kavanagh, Boherbue, Caherciveen. Second prize of a lovely rocking horse(made in the men’s shed also) was won by: Peggy O’ Donoghue, East End, Caherciveen. Runner up prizes of a bottle of whiskey were won by Noreen O’ Sullivan, Mike O’ Connor, Mary Musgrave, Cathal O’ Shea. The Men’s shed is open daily from Monday to Friday from 11am to 4.30pm and new members are very welcome. We are located next to FEXCO offices, just follow road sign. Membership of €10 per annum due now.

SCOIL SAIDHBHIN:

Congrats to the boys & girls of Scoil Saidhbhin for their wonderful carol singing in the town leading up to Christmas and to everyone who supported their fund raising for the school.

TIDY TOWNS:

Well done to everyone for having the town looking great for the festive period.
