TRAD CLASSES

New course starting - Introduction to Piano Accompaniment. Learn to play piano Céilí Band style. This is a 10 week group course facilitated by Comhaltas and Music Network.

Registration/Information on Thursday 5th Jan 3pm at The Seanscoil or call 085-7326803. All other instruments start back again this week from Thursday Jan 5th. KILDERRY BENDS PROJECT

Councillor Michael Cahill has welcomed the Kilderry Bends Realignment Project. The Fianna Fáil Councillor said he was particullarly pleased that €345,000 was being provided to allow for completion of land acquisition in respect of the Kilderry Bends Project, Miltown. Councillor Cahill said, I am delighted that works are set to commence on the €10 M. Kilderry Bends New Rd. Realignment Project. Within the next 6months. This is a Project that I compaigned vigorously for over a period of time and the dangerous Bends and junction on the existing road with bypassed when the works completed, stated the local Councillor.
