Camp continue to lead the way in U15

KILLARNEY PLAZA UNDER 15 Division1

CAMP Juniors continue to lead the way in the division.

They are four points clear at the top but have a game more played than Ballyhar who also won yesterday. Camp Juniors had goals from Cian O’Grady and Coleman O’Meara who both scored two each with Caolan O’Connell getting the other goal in their 5-1 win. Seamie Foran replied for Ballyheigu­e.

Ballyhar proved to be too strong wrong for Mastergeeh­a to stay within one point of the leaders. Conor Henderson, Nathan Callaghan, Craig O’Sullivan, Patrick O’Connor, Josh McCarthy and Dylan Callaghan were all on the score sheet for Ballyhar in a 6-0 win.

Killorglin moved into third place leap frogging Park B who the defeated 5-2. Gar Hassett hit four for Killorglin with Calumn Moriarty getting the fourth. Conor O’Sullivan scored twice for Park B.

Division2

ST Bernard’s are now the leaders of Division 2 on their own as co-leaders at the start of the day, Rattoo Rovers, did not play. Mathew Burke 2, Oisin Maunsell, Mikey Clifford, Ronan Walsh, Jake Brosnan and Gavin Slattery got the goals for St Bernard’s in their 7-2 win over the Park C. The Saints are now on 18 points from seven played.

Castleisla­nd also took advantage of Ratto Rovers not playing to move ahead of them into second place – 16 from seven played as against 15 from six. Sean O’Sullivan was on fire with four goals added to by three from Connie O’Connor and one from Dylan Curtin as Castleisla­nd won 8-3 away to Inter Kenmare. Corey Murphy 2 and Daniel Kovel got the Inter goals.

Killarney Celtic B were 2-1 winners at home to Fenit thanks to goals from Cian Doe and Dylan Clifford.
