This replay was just a stroll in the park for Athletic as they blew away a disappoint­ing Castlegreg­ory side. Shane Lynch was the star of the show for the winners bagging a hat trick, Michael O Donoghue netted a brace while Lucas Polack completed the scoring for the winners.

Dingle Bay Rovers moved up to mid table after a comfortabl­e 3-0 win over Castleisla­nd at Mounthawk Park on Friday night. Sean Fitzgerald, Donnacha Higgins and Joe Sheehy scored for the West Kerry side.

Inter Kenmare 2 Tralee Dynamos 4

Tralee Dynamos continue to climb up the table but they had to battle hard to clinch the three points against a game Inter Kenmare. The goal scorers for Tralee Dynamos were Danny Roche (2), Aaron Houlihan and John Foley. Denis Cronin and Dara Siouchra scored for Inter.

DENNY PREMIER B Mastergeeh­a 2 Castleisla­nd B 1

The table toppers Castleisla­nd bit the dust out at Killbrean Park with an added time goal securing the 3 points for Mastergeeh­a who are now strongly in contention for a place in the league final.

The game seemed to be set for a draw as the game entered added time but up popped Colm Lenihan to fire home a dramatic winner with virtually the last kick of the game. Carlo scored the other goal for the winners and Danny Feehan scored for Castleisla­nd.

CSKA Tralee 0 Killarney Celtic B 4

Killarney Celtic were too strong for CSKA Tralee and ran out comfortabl­e winners. Farouk Aminu, Dan O’Donoghue, Aaron Cahill and Vladimer Sirotiak got the Celtic goals.

DENNY DIVISION 1A QPR 2 Athletico Ardfert 1

QPR made it two wins on the trot after a narrow victory over Athletico Ardfert. Jack McCarthy was the scorer for Ardfert.

DENNY DIVISION 1B Sporting Listowel 6 Killarney Athletic B 2

Sporting Listowel are staying well in touch with table toppers Strand Road and on present form are looking good for reaching the league final.

Jonathan Stack has strengthen­ed his side considerab­ly in the transfer window and with former Listowel Celtic players Bryan Murphy, Ian Murphy and Aidan Quinn joining their ranks and they seem to be the side to beat in this division this season.

They were too strong for Athletic on Sunday and won the game comfortabl­y. Ian Murphy (2), Robbie O’Hanlon, Sean Gilbert, Jonathan Toomey and Cormac Mulvihill scored for the Fealesider­s. Chris O’Meara scored both of Athletic’s goals.

In the battle of the Bs Listowel came out on top with their goals coming from Liam O’Connor (2), and Jo Jo Grimes.

Strand Road collected the three points without kicking a ball as Mastergeeh­a conceded a walkover.

Windmill are finding their feet in this division and they collected three points on Sunday with a Paudie Bailey goal good enough to secure a win.

CS Abbeydorne­y move up to just a single point behind league leaders Clanmauric­e after an easy win over Mitchel’s Avenue B. David Egan, Sean O’Mahony, Stevie O’Sullivan and Steven Egan scored for the Abbeydorne­y side.

DENNY U17 LEAGUE Listowel Celtic B 3 Castleisla­nd 6

Castleisla­nd captured the three points with goals from Ben Cooney and Josh McCarthy . Jacob Lucey (2) and Daniel Dominguez scored for Listowel.

Killorglin FC 1 Listowel Celtic A 4

Listowel Celtic move three points clear at the top of the table after a great win over Killorglin. Darragh O’Donoghue (2), Jack Sheehan, and David Lynch scored for the winners.

St Brendan’s Park 3 Tralee Dynamos 2

The clash of the arch rivals was a very competitiv­e encounter with The Park just shading it. Kevin Browne, Adam Ward and JR Tshikota scored for the winners.
