THE BRAINS OF KERRY

Table Quiz is an upcoming quiz in which the use of phones of any description will not be allowed. Test your brains , not your phones.The regional semi-finals will take place on Thursday, February 23, with the Grand Final on Thursday, March 2.

Do you long for the days when quizzes were won by those who knew the answers, rather than who is the fastest on the internet? Well, now is your chance to prove that you are the brains of Kerry, and you can do it without your phones. Teams of four can come from any GAA club, organisation, business, workplace, or just your circle of friends.All phones given up will be securely guarded during the quiz.

The Brains of Kerry is being run in aid of Anthony Morris’s fight against Lyme disease. (Anthony of The Spa,Killarney, is currently in Washington receiving treatment) campaign. The regional semi-finals, on Thursday, February 23, will have a starting time of 9pm at each venue throughout Kerry with guest quiz masters asking the same questions at each venue.

The following are the venues: The Killarney Avenue Hotel; The Manor Inn, Killorglin; The Ring of Kerry Hotel, Cahirsiveen; The Brook Lane Hotel,Kenmare; The Brandon Hotel, Tralee; Benner’s Hotel, Dingle, The Listowel Arms Hotel.

The cost of entry is £40 per team with three teams from each venue qualifying for the Grand Final on March 2 in the Killarney Avenue Hotel. Who will be the brains of Kerry?
