Munster Final Jack O Shea’s good run in the Munster Junior Singles Handball Championship came to a conclusion on Saturday when he lost to Ryan Harkin, Co. Cork 21-19 21-8 in the Munster final at Broadford, Co. Limerick. Senior Singles Dominick Lynch lost to Diarmuid Nash, Co. Clare 21-11 21-12 in the All Ireland Senior Singles qualifiers.

JUVENILES

The Munster Cumann na mBunscoil handball competition was played at Cappagh and Broadford Co. Limerick on Sunday .Glenbeigh and Curraheen Primary Schools Under 11 and 13 years gave great performances, with Aoife Page and Danielle Griffin contesting in the under 13 years final and were unlucky to lose to a Co. Clare team. Munster Finals The Munster Juvenile Handball Finals will be played at Cork and Clare venues this coming week. Roisin Smith and Lea Morris will play Edal Murphy and Aoibhe Lucey, Co. Cork in the Munster under 12 years doubles final at Boherbue Co. Cork this Wednesday 15th February at 7-30p.m. Darragh Lynch will play Cameron O’ Sullivan, Co. Cork in the Munster under 12 years singles final. at Tuamgraney, Co. Clare this coming Saturday 18th February. Sean Quirke will play Rory Grace, Co. Tipperary and Samanta Riordan will play Chloe Philpott Co. Clare in the Munster under 14 years singles final also on Saturday.
