MASS LOCATIONS

Lenten Activities: 12 hour Eucharistic Adoration in Castleisland Parish Church (not the prayer room) on this Friday, March 31, 8am to 8pm.

There will be five hours (1011am, 11.30am-1.30pm abnd 5-7pm) when a priest will be available for confession. It will conclude with Mass at 7pm. All welcome to attend sometime during the day.

YOUTH 2000

Youth 2000 will be hosing a Catholic Youth Retreat, on April 7-9 in St Brendan’s College, Killarney. This is for people aged 16-35 years. For more info contact 086 3066892.

KILLEENTIERNA YOUTH CLUB

Last weekend was a very busy and most enjoyable one for the Club. On Friday night Last March 24th, 46 Club Members took to the Approach Roads of Currow Village on our Annual Litter Picking night and over 30 Bags of Rubbish were collected in our contribution to the Village Tidy Towns effort. Leaders Erin O’Connor, Marie Keane, Bridget O’Shea, Moss Leane and Junior Leaders Josh Horan, Sara O’Sullivan, Shauna Ahern and Aoife O’Sullivan were in charge. We would like to thank Peter O’Connor who Supplies Bags, Gloves and Pickers for our Members. On Sun last March 26th 74 Club Members travelled to the INEC in Killarney to the Kerry Diocesain Youth Services County Club Day, where they took part in all the many activities on Offer and a most enjoyable day was rounded off by a Spectacular 2 Hour Disco. Leaders Moss Leane, Bridget O’Shea, Amy Galwey and Rachel O’Connor and Junior Leaders Tommy O’Regan, Josh Horan, Donach Daly, Moia Sheehan, Faye Conway, Aoife O’Sullivan, Ellie Daly, Siofra O’Connor, Shauna Ahern and Sarah O’Sullivan were in charge on the Day.
