JOHN MURPHY U-12 CUP

CREDIT to the work done in Killorglin that they can now field multiple teams in various competitio­n.

Here Killorglin A defeated their club mates on the C team. Tim Mangan keeps the match ball with a hat-trick. John Touhy, Dara O’Connor and Dara Crosby got the other goals.

After a game played in midweek LB Rovers are into the shield quarter-final after an extra time win over Camp Juniors. The high scoring encounter finished 4-4 after extra time with LB Rovers finishing the stronger to score twice in extra time.

Jack Mallon hit 3, Daniel Barrett 2 and Mark O’Connor the other goal in Rovers win.

JOHN JOE NAUGHTON U-13 CUP

LISTOWEL Celtic booked their place in the next round with a 2-0 win over Park B. Aoife Horgan and Anthony Kavanagh were the Celtic scorers.

The Park C have booked their place in the Shield last eight as the defeated Killarney Athletic B. The Park’s goals came from Dara Cunnane 3, Jamie Williams, Mike Tansley, Odhran Ferris, Cian O’Gara and Jamie O’Shea.

Killarney Celtic B are also through after goals from Mike McCarthy 2, Martin O’Brien, Jack O’Sullivan and Max Gagigdas saw them defeat Killorglin B.

There was only one goal between MEK and LB Rovers with MEK winning 2-1. Leo Healy and an Eddie Moroney shot deflected to the net saw them through. Jack Sheedy scored Rovers.

TOM HAYES U-14 CUP

THIS was a cracking shield tie that saw the sides tied 3-3 after normal time. Ballyhar are going well in the league, however, and they used that experience to control extra-time, which they won 5-1, as the Park’s huge effort saw them tire at the end.

Aaron O’Shea hit three with Peter Cosgrove and Bryan Burke both hitting two each and John Power the other goal in Ballyhar’s win.

HEALY FAMILY U-15 CUP

THE Park are into the Healy Family Cup semi-finals as they were 5-0 winners over Killorglin. Sean McGrath hit three with Mervin Shalemba and Nathan Holden getting the other goals.

In the shield the Park B saw off Castleisla­nd in a seven-goal thriller despite being 2-0 and 3-2 down. Connie O’Connor scored twice for Castleisla­nd and Dylan Curtin once in a game they looked like they were going to win.

Credit to the side from Christy Leahy Park as they came back twice and then got the winner. Their scorers were Conor O’Sullivan (2), Daniel Moriarty and Eoin Higgins.

Rattoo Rovers continue their good season which sees them top Division 2 and now into the shield last four in their chase for a double. They defeated Fenit 3-0 while Park C are also through on the same score-line from their game against St Bernards.

The Park C are also through on a 3-0 score-line over St Bernards.

TUCKER KELLY U-16 CUP

GOALS from Patrick O’Connor, Jason Brennan and Craig O’Sullivan scored for Ballyhar as they defeated Asdee 3-2. Barry O’Neill got both goals for the North Kerry side.
