Tenants for Carnegie wanted

-

IF they didn’t do another stroke in the course of their existence, Castleisland Chamber Alliance members would be entitled to take a bow for restoring pride and purpose to one of the town’s grand, old buildings.

There are generations of Castleislanders grateful to the Carnegie building and what it held in terms of the role it played in education gap filling. It’s now bristling on the outside and the inside has been tastefully restored to a new lease of colourful life.

Castleisland Chamber Alliance in association with Kerry County Council are pleased to announce the opening of a shared office facility in the Carnegie Building. There, they will provide a ready to go solution for start up businesses, home office workers, consultants, etc who would like to work in a structured, low cost office environment.

Clients can avail of 24 hour access to desk space with lockable unit, free broadband, access to separate meeting room and canteen facilities in a secure town-centre location for less than €50 per week.

Heating, electricity and land-line costs are included and, as Castleisland has free on street parking, this facility offers a very economical option for anyone looking for office space.

The advantages of co-working are many and varied: It provides opportunity to work in a professional environment. Provides a better work life balance than working from home.

It’s a ready made opportunity to network with other start-ups and established working from home entrepreneurs.

For further details or to arrange an appointment to view the facility contact Castleisland Chamber Alliance by Email: castleislandchamber@gmail.com or phone Marian on 087 32 32 493.
