6TH CLASS PUPILS WORKSHOP

Let’s talk about going to secondary school - 6th Class Pupils Workshop: Thursday 6 July 2017 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m..

Using storytelli­ng, art, games and discussion the facilitato­r will create a fun relaxed atmosphere where children have the chance to explore their fears and excitement around the big change that is coming. Every child will be encouraged and supported in identifyin­g their own strengths, so that they can build upon them to empower them in facing change.

Parents Workshop: Thursday 22 June 2017 from 7 to 9.30 p.m..

This workshop would help parents to support and encourage your child with their transition to secondary school and other issues that they may face at this time in their life.

EMPOWERING PARENTS

Empowering Parents Support Group: Are you a parent of a child with special needs? If you would like to be part of a support group. Please get in touch. Support Group running in Summer 2017.

Coping with loss and change: Is a 6 week course aimed at supporting people to deal with loss/ change in their lives. For example, bereavemen­t, separation, illness, unemployme­nt, children leaving home etc.
