National Senior & Master Championships: Held in Tullamore on Sunday last Gneeveguilla AC excelled. Shelia O=92 Donoghue got gold in O50 Shot, Discus & Hammer. Eileen O=92 Riordan O45 1st in Discus, 2nd in Hammer. Robert Purcell 3rd in 5000m O45.

County School Sports: Held last Wednesday in Riocht, Danielle O’Riordan was 3rd 4th Class 200m, Saoirse Tompkins 2nd 600m 6th class, Michael McSweeney was 2nd in 600m 6th class, 6th class boys from Boherbue NS won the relay.

Irish Schools Team: Shona O=92 Brien is on the Irish Schools Team for their International later this month, we wish her the best of luck on a fantastic achievement.

Summer 1M Series: Fri 7th Barradubh -- Lisbaby Road at 8.00 pm, Fri 14th Fossa, Knocknagree Village Fri 21st 8 pm, Ballydesmond Fri 28th & Gneeveguilla with prize giving August 4th. Looking forward to seeing you all. All age groups catered for.

HEALING MASS

A Healing Mass will be celebrated by well known preacher Fr John Keane in The Church Of The Holy Rosary Gneeveguilla on Thursday 13th July at 7.30pm. This mass is to commerate Our Lady’s third appearance at Fatima 100 years ago on this date. At a recent healing mass in Armagh which was being celebrate by Fr John Keane a paralysed woman was healed at the Consecration. This is one of the many healings at these Masses.
